Northern Illinois Foot & Ankle Specialists’ pickleball connection is an original blog article on preventing pickleball injuries, written from a podiatrist’s perspective on the sport’s foot and ankle risks; the podiatry group’s fourteen standalone Illinois offices all share the resource. As a podiatry practice, its offices provide the foot and ankle care behind the article, from evaluation through treatment of the injuries the podiatrist tips address. This listing covers the Cary, Illinois, office on West Main Street.
Dr Boxhat is outstanding. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She explains everything thoroughly before she does it. I wish she treated more than just feet! I highly recommend her!!
I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Stack. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. She explained my injury and told me what I could expect for my recovery. She took her time with me and I felt I was in good hands for my treatment.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the care (or lack thereof) me and my husband have received at Northern Foot and Ankle. I have invested significant time, effort, and money into obtaining the necessary clearances from other physicians for my husband's surgery. We arrived at 9:30 AM on the scheduled date, only to be told by office staff—specifically Lisa (billing) and Stephanie (scheduler)—that the procedure was canceled. It is medically reckless for administrative staff to override a surgeon’s schedule at the point of care, particularly for a diabetic patient. My husband followed all pre-operative instructions, which caused his blood sugar to spike to a dangerous level of 386 because of the stress he was put under. It is unacceptable for administrative staff to act as gatekeepers for medical procedures, particularly when I have also encountered repeated issues with billing accuracy. This lack of professionalism and the apparent prioritization of "policy" over patient health is shameful. I expected a higher standard of care from Northern Foot and Ankle. Instead, I feel that my husands health and my time have been treated as secondary to office politics and profit. I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent other patients from having their healthcare compromised.
This was the best experience ever! Dr Lovato did a great job removing my bunion and there was very little pain after the surgery! I highly recommend him if anyone needs help with their feet!
Dr Bochat and Chrissy are the best! They take the time and do what is needed to care for their patients! They listen and follow up, which is hard to come by these days!!
