I was happy with my visit. My son had an ingrown nail, and they took care of it right away. The doctor was very nice and friendly, and he definitely made my son's experience a good one. I visited the office location in Chicago. Also, the male receptionist was very nice.

Absolutely exceptional experience! This was my first visit to this podiatrist, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The doctor took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was outstanding. My feet already feel so much better! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate podiatrist. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Dr. Betman is awesome! He helped me with an ingrown toe nail and healed it up very quickly. He made me feel comfortable and it was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.
