La Quinta Resort & Club is a historic desert resort at 49-499 Eisenhower Drive in La Quinta, California, dating to 1926 and now part of Hilton’s Curio Collection. Its racquet program includes eight lighted pickleball courts alongside 21 tennis courts, staffed by IPTPA-certified pickleball professionals. Lessons and clinics are available, and open play court time runs $35 per court per hour, with paddles and balls not included. Reservations are required for all court activities; play runs 7 AM to 9 PM, with after-hours bookings arranged in advance. Guests rate the tennis and pickleball operation 4.0 stars across 8 Google reviews. The resort’s casitas, pools, spa, and dining make it a natural stay-and-play base.
Absolutely love this place. My only regret is not staying longer. Next time we come back, we will definitely stay for a few days. So relaxing. The place has 42 pools so if the one right outside your door has kiddos or other people in it, just walk about 20 feet and you’ll see another pool and another pool and another pool. The pools are different depths and sizes. It’s pretty hot about 112° here right now in July, so the larger and deeper the pool, the cooler the water. We got a Casita which opens up to a nice pool and jacuzzi. The room is super spacious with a large TV, fireplace, bathtub and walk-in shower. What more could you ask for? Everywhere there’s a pool, there’s also a Jacuzzi. This place makes me think about moving here. It’s so nice. We were able to get a special flash sale. I guess because it’s the hottest time of the summer or something but we are so grateful we did. Next time we will definitely book a couple of nights and extend our stay. We walked around the property and checked out several other swimming pools and Jacuzzi’s but actually the one right outside our door we loved the best. There’s also a really nice fitness center that we saw but we haven’t actually gone to work out yet-maybe tomorrow morning. Just a short drive into town and we had some delicious fajitas at the Pueblo Viejo Grill- would totally recommend. For us this trip was not about golf, not about tennis or Pickleball or pretty much anything just 100% relaxation. Love love love. We can’t wait to come back. You can bring your own floats and pool noodles.
Quite possibly the most beautiful tennis facility in the Coachella Valley. Stunning views. Staff is amazing and accommodating. 8 pickleball courts, 16 tennis hard courts, and 5 har-tru clay courts. Recommended!
Beautiful courts and resort. Obviously, the facility is private. The Spanish Mediterranean style of the property is breath taking set up against the rocky Mountains which are adjacent.
Looks never refund my deposit!!! Never get through the phone call !!!! Terrible service
