Of all th Thousand trail parks in the fort myers area... THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PARK. THE FRONT DESK MAKE IT THE WORST. THEY DO NOT APOLOGIZE IN ANYWAY FOR CONFUSIONS, FOR THEIR ACCOUNTABILITY, NOTHING. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE! I have never met anyone, who is supposed to be professional and hospitable, so rude! They need to have an attitude replacement or just replacements period.

We have been to 12 different parks in Florida and we were dead set on our favorite place until we came here, despite all the negative reviews we find this park amazing! From the Tiki pool and large hot tub (no kids allowed) to the SUPER clean and well kept bathrooms, friendly staff easy check in we have found our favorite park and love the location. Granted we are in a 32ft TT we have no issues getting around, if you’re in a 42ft or bigger then this place might be a headache

Many friends begged us to not visit this park. We had no choice as it was the only park with availability in Florida for the time we needed. The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Except the maintenance staff. They are nice. My daughter, her friend, and I were made to feel unwelcome at the pool. I recieved very dirty looks and rude comments that two 12 year old middle school girls wanted to swim. How dare the audacity that I bring two children to the pool. We did not go back to the pool the remainder of our stay. My daughter inquired about the Canadian potluck being held and asked if our family could sign up yet. The office staff were very rude and snotty to her and informed my daughter that it was for Canadians only. So we did not attend any activities. We felt unwelcome and unwanted. However we did like the spot where we were put. It was in the M section. If we ever need to return to this location, the only way we would is if the staff were more accommodating and friendly and we were made to feel welcomed. I do not recommend families because of how we were treated by staff and annuals. Your office staff needs friendlier people who care about their guests needs. Also there are zero activities for families and cater to only Canadians. When we come to parks, we'd at least like to be welcome. This park is for emergency only.

First off, DO NOT FOLLOW the emails they send you almost daily before getting here, do not print out a vehicle tag either(waste of your ink and paper) for they will give you one. You MUST stop at the office to check in, there is no “I am here” once you are at your site. I was lectured after I followed the email directions and didn’t stop at the office till afterwards. Otherwise the campground seems nice.
