Great place to call home! Friendly neighbors, plenty of walking / hiking trails and fabulous views of Pikes Peak and the front range.Great community building with event space, exercise rooms and a pool. Outdoor area with a fireplace and tables overlooking a small lake and the mountains. The community has a number of groups with fun activities for all ages!

Upscale housing community with beatiful homes. The views are nice. Close to a shopping center that features restaurants and grocery. The yards are very, very small, but it appears as though that was the plan for this community. Google maps takes you right there when mapped which is a nice feature for a new development. High ceilings, large open rooms with enough room for a grand piano. Small patios right off the main living room and large basements.

I don't live here so this is just a outsiders opinion but the name"The Farm" is something of a misnomer as everything here is very contemporary, especially the houses. No farm houses here. Also, they are very close together, so if you like that, you're golden. Looks like a nice, friendly community, lots of children playing together. Watch while you drive for sure. The two best parts are location, you're near access to tons of stuff, and the view is awesome.
