The mechanism is the point: when a player books and pays through the club’s white-labeled booking site, the platform issues a credential scoped to that reservation window, a PIN code, mobile pass, QR code, barcode, or card, so there is no gate attendant and no shared door code.

Features cover court reservations, membership plans with advance-booking privileges and recurring payments, online waivers, gift cards and promo codes, an admin dashboard with pricing controls for variable rates by time or member tier, integrated video surveillance, and occupancy tracking and forecasting.
