RehabWorks Physical Therapy lists Pickleball and Tennis Rehab as a specialty offering among its physical therapy services. The Naples, Florida, practice provides physical therapy with a provider team that includes Marissa Collins, DPT, and Dr. Jason Adames, per the practice data. This listing covers the Vanderbilt Beach location on Vanderbilt Beach Road, one of the practice’s two Naples locations; the pickleball rehab specialty applies practice wide.
After elbow surgery in PA in early January to reattach my tricep, I was determined to get back to my Naples house as quickly as possible to recover for the winter. In order to get PT going right away I simply picked RehabWorks on Vanderbuilt Beach Road based on their website that described sports type injury recovery as one of their focuses. In hindsight I think that I hit the top-notch-care lottery. Because of my particular injury I needed months of therapy for both proper healing and then range of motion recovery and strength. I was so impressed with how completely on top of the challenge the whole RehabWorks team was. Jessica and Tonia provided most of my therapy during my 3 months but I also spent some time with everyone on the staff. They were all excellent. When I finally saw my surgeon back in PA in May he examined my surgical recovery, my flexibility and strength and simply told me to resume whatever I wanted to do! Thanks so much to my friends at RehabWorks!
My extensive experience with Rehab Works has been nothing less than excellent. From the top down, the team of therapists are very knowledgeable, kind and very effective. They only treat one patient at a time and keep extensive records so you receive consistent, well planned treatment, regardless of who your therapist is. I worked with everyone in the Vanderbilt facility. They all check all the important boxes. I highly recommend that you make an appointment for a detailed evaluation and see for yourself.
I had a consult with Dr. Albert Klimczak last week and could not be happier with the outcome. Dr. Albert was caring, knowledgeable, and professional. He took me into a closed room, so it was private and comfortable. He asked questions about the pain, and finished that section with an open-ended inquiry as if there were any other pains/issues that we had not discussed. He then did an assessment while I was on the table. This was followed by teaching me three exercises. He was clear and very articulate with his instructions. He made them easy to understand and follow. Afterwards, he made sure I understood each exercise, the order to contract the muscles and move them, the time and number of repetitions. He made it so easy to follow his instructions. He stated do them three times a day, which I have found to be very effective. After the exercises, we walked into the main room and he had me was down the length and back again. He assessed my walk and gait, then gave me instructions for a better walking posture and gait, with specific instructions as the foot strike and placement, right down to the big toe. This was really helpful, and I have been doing this mindful walking every day since. He finished the session with a cool down on the elliptical bike. He adjusted the machine for my smaller height, which I really appreciated. It felt good on that machine.Afterwards, he came back and asked how my hip and knee felt. He delivered a very polished, professional care and consult. I really value the information and training he gave me. I have found the exercises to have an almost immediate improvement. I am falling less, I don't trip over my own legs as much, and I can stand up straight for longer now as I walk.He is invaluable! Thank you very much, Dr. Albert! I appreciate you!
I have had three therapists there and they are all great. Recovering from back surgery and disc replacement.
Best physical therapy ever!! Just completed 12 weeks of PT after extensive back surgery (L4, L5, and S1). Dr. Jason does a thorough intake evaluation and puts a PT plan together for you. The therapists then take over - they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They stay with you through the entire session and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly ~ the facility has state of art equipment, it is clean, and they focus on rapid recovery. My neurosurgeon was amazed at the progress I was making. You will not be disappointed!!!
