I had a great experience with Maysen at BioJunction West Seattle. I had sprained my lower back and it took several weeks to even be able to get back to some movement, even though I'm only 38.Over 4 sessions across 2 months, I learned about how to understand the weakness in my lower back, some about related muscle groups (hip flexors) and also received good guidance on strengthening exercises and stretching going into recovery. Will go back in the future(there will surely be another injury sometime), and have recommended to some people I know at my gym too. Five stars - thanks Maysen!

This was my second time back at BioJunction over a 4 year span. Working with Maysen was a game changer. He gave me real tools and real exercises to improve my mobility and strength. Highly recommend him to anyone wanting a solution to physical limits.

If you can, request Corinne! Corinne is an exceptional physical therapist. Her technical expertise and clear guidance made a huge difference in my recovery. I had a pretty typical knee problem that was the result of my quads and glutes not firing correctly. What really makes Corrine exceptional is how well she understands how frustratingly slow PT can feel. She was honest and no-nonsense, yet genuinely warm and encouraging, which helped me keep my perspective and stay motivated. She always took my concerns seriously and was great at explaining the *why* behind each exercise, not just the what. Even with a fairly routine problem, there's so much going on in the body and mind, and she was great at explaining it to me. I felt listened to, supported, and confident in the plan we were following. I couldn’t have asked for a better PT. And I've been to a few over the years!

Let me tell you about Corinne at Biojunction. Not only is she extremely competent and helped me fully come back from a meniscus repair surgery, but she is also a great listener and even better advisor. She is a very wise lady, and she absolutely changed my approach to working out. This is high praise since Biojunction has the best PTs in my opinion... Corinne is great!

I have seen physical therapists at Biojunction Sports Therapy since 2016. I have had nothing but positive experiences. Most recently, I am working with Jordan. He is fantastic… he is positive, knowledgeable, and clear in his direction and coaching. Anna, the supervisor at the front desk, is great at her job. She is efficient and oversees a finely tuned machine. Whitney, also at the front desk, is knowledgeable and sharp as a tack. The staff appears to enjoy their working environment and it clearly shows.
