The La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club is a fifth generation family owned beachfront resort and private club on one of Southern California’s only private beaches, with a racquet pedigree dating to 1935. Pickleball has a real home here: five dedicated courts at the Spindrift Pavilion, more than any nearby hotel, all lighted, with additional tennis courts available for pickleball play. Court access is exclusive to registered hotel guests and club members, reserved through the Court Reserve app or the Tennis Pro Shop, and the pro staff runs a full clinic ladder from intro sessions through advanced dinking, third shot drops, and doubles strategy. Paddle rentals are available. Twelve championship tennis courts, a par three golf course, and the Marine Room restaurant complete the property.
