Goodbounce Pickleball Yard is a riverfront pickleball, padel, food, and drink destination in Louisville, Kentucky, opened April 2023 just east of the Big Four Bridge within the RiverPark Place development. The 45,000-square-foot complex runs 6 outdoor pickleball courts and 2 padel courts alongside a 14,000-square-foot gameyard with cornhole, bocce, and other lawn games, picnic areas with swings, and a 2,600-square-foot tiki/surf-themed indoor bar and dining area. A retail corner sells pickleball equipment and Goodbounce merchandise, and the venue has publicly stated plans to expand to 24 total courts. A second location has since opened in Clarksville, Indiana. It holds a 4.2 rating across 54 Google reviews.
If you're serious about recovery and longevity, Goodbounce Louisville is worth your attention. The contrast therapy setup — sauna into cold plunge — is the best I've found in the Louisville area. The protocol works. I've noticed real improvements in inflammation, sleep quality, and overall energy since making it a regular part of my routine. The YogaSix partnership adds a dimension that most sports and rec facilities completely miss. These aren't afterthought yoga classes thrown on a schedule — they're well-programmed, well-instructed, and designed to complement an active lifestyle. Mobility, breath work, and recovery-focused flow are exactly what your body needs alongside court sports and intense training.Goodbounce has figured out something most wellness businesses get wrong: recovery isn't a luxury add-on, it's the whole point. The combination of movement, community, and intentional recovery here is genuinely rare. Highly recommend.
Loved the vibe. Visiting Louisville for the first time and wanted to jump into some open play. I emailed ahead of time and the owner was quick to respond and recommended a day and time for me to plug into. For $5 ( it was worth so much more), I had a great 2.5 hours of play and met some great people. Finished the afternoon with a delicious Ten 20 beer. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely return to Goodbounce.
This place feels like a cash grab disguised as a sports facility. The courts look like they’re barely maintained, cleanliness is clearly not a priority, and the overall experience feels sloppy and rushed. Communication is terrible — rules and pricing seem to change depending on who you talk to, and you don’t find out about extra charges until it’s too late. When issues come up, they’re brushed off instead of addressed. It’s hard to enjoy a game when you feel nickel-and-dimed and ignored. Do yourself a favor and play literally anywhere else.
1. I was offered a credit even though the staff knew I was coming from out of town for the day and would not be able to return to use it. As a result, I had to book indoor courts elsewhere at additional cost. 2. Communication was poor throughout. When I called to ask about changing courts, I was repeatedly told I would receive a callback that never came. The staff member John, in particular, was aware of the situation but provided no solution and no follow-through. After multiple calls and waiting, I was ultimately told nothing could be done. 3. I requested a call from a manager or the owner and never received a return call, voicemail, or email. 4. Even trying to make the original reservation was difficult. I called for days without reaching anyone, and the phone frequently went straight to voicemail, making it nearly impossible to get basic information or assistance. on Google leave this review for good bounce pickle yard
We had an excellent networking event at Good Bounce! The venue was perfect—fun, welcoming, and well set up for a crowd. Everyone had a blast, and it was the ideal spot for our event. Huge thanks to the bartender —she was so kind and incredibly helpful, especially when we had an unexpected surge of attendees. She handled it all with grace and a smile. Highly recommend Good Bounce for any casual gathering or corporate social event!
