Grounds are nice and large. Especially in the summer. There’s a covered picnic area with grills for use. Bring your dog to play.They don’t let us use the pickle ball courts anymore, since the HOA belongs to the 55+ community. The pool is also for the HOA. I want free things to do.

I had a very pleasant afternoon with my group of friends at a English Tea organized by my friend Lady Sil and Lady Daiana. The space is spotless clean and the space is awesome. Great place to host parties.

We had our wedding dinner here and it was really great! I've been to multiple small weddings here and a bunch of wedding dinners. It's just big enough for maybe 70 people to eat dinner. It's super small if you want to have dancing too though. Parking is great and it's easy to find. This place is also super cheap to rent out. Just remember, this place is small and you get what you pay for. It's nice enough inside and they have a good amount of tables and chairs which is nice.

Nice little clubhouse/venue. It can be dressed up for a wedding, but also functions for many other purposes. There is a gym attached for residents in the nearby 55+ community, and a pool on the far side of the property. There is adequate parking around the building for guests. For what it is, I’d say the venue rental prices are a little steep, but overall a nice option.
