Quick Facts
Description
Dallas Indoor Pickleball Club is a self-service indoor facility in Carrollton, Texas, built for players who want court time on their own schedule, including the middle of the night. The club runs 24 hours a day: you book through the PodPlay system, then unlock the front door with the club’s mobile app inside a ten-minute window before your reservation. Two dedicated indoor courts wear a CushionX 4mm cushioned surface designed to be easier on the body than bare concrete. Open play sessions are capped at five players per court so everyone actually plays, and memberships add advance booking and event access. Court shoes are required, cancellations need 24 hours’ notice, and cameras monitor the space. The club holds a 3.8 rating across 52 Google reviews.

Renting is very easy - all managed through their website! The staff who helped me over the phone was very attentive and accommodating. 2 outdoor-textured courts inside the room, bathroom is in a separate office area that is open during normal business hours. Easy walk to get to, but you have to walk outside of the playing/court area. After normal business hours (outside 8am-5pm), you have to contact the staff who can unlock the building doors for you when you call them.Good security measures in place for the bathroom and for the court area. Good explanation of the rules are posted on the wall. Awesome opportunity to record replays (will try it out next time!)However - it was a bit warm yesterday when we played (6/19/25). Called the staff and they told us they were having AC issues and getting someone in the next day (6/20/25) so hopefully that would be fixed soon! The staff were very accommodating and also had 2 mini fans blowing in the room (1 per court but it was better than nothing! The warmth and the couple of cockroaches (but it’s hot, what place ISN’T getting them at this time of year 😭) there were my only qualms, but I would LOVE to come back here with my friends and get the full experience! Can’t wait to try it again once the AC is up and running again!
Very disappointing experience. The indoor courts had terrible ventilation and it was unbearably hot inside. There was also no water available and not even a restroom, which is honestly unacceptable for a sports facility. Definitely not comfortable for playing for more than a short time.
I’ve been going to Dallas Indoor Pickleball club or DIP, as we call it for a couple of years. I’ve been playing Pickleball there around 4 to 5 times a week. They always greet me at the front door when I come in,tell me where I’m playing and are always smiling. I would never play anywhere else. They have a great facility with 9 courts that are always clean and well fenced. I’ve tried other clubs but always come back to dip. It’s friendly. The people are great who play there and it just feels like home. I totally recommend trying it out. It’s more of an intimate setting rather than those huge facilities. It’s my ‘Cheers’!
Courts are not maintained. Dirty floor, and camera replay doesn’t work in the past 2 weeks. Emailed but no response. Big pole behind the baseline on court 2 so it’s very tight. Only good thing is the cushion x surface on court 1.
Decent court, but no chairs and no restrooms on the weekend. Also trash was overflowing. Can you put some benches in there at least for people to sit?
