Charlotte One on One Physical Therapy helped me overcome some issues I had been having with my neck and shoulders. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I especially enjoyed working with Becca Ayers. She is an excellent physical therapist.
My experience at One on One Physical Therapy has been very positive and helpful. The one to one ratio is not something you get very often with physical therapy. I feel that my time there is productive and helpful. It also allows time for questions and extra help. I highly recommend One on One Physical Therapy.
Charlotte One on One Physical Therapy really is one on one. There are no assistants. The Physical Therapist works only with you while you are there. Kate Is a very knowledgeable physical therapist and I highly recommend her.
After working with many physical therapists over the years I feel Kate Palo at One on One PT is the best I've seen. She is not only very personable and professional, but has been focused on my greatest need - balance. It is also good that I work with her every time, and it isn't a toss-up about who I'll see on a certain day. DM
I've had the very best experience with the staff at One on One Physical Therapy. From my initial visit, consultation and evaluation, to my twice a week visits. They are thorough, incredibly knowledgable and patiently answer my many questions. I'm only a few weeks in doing my stretches and exercises, and I have decreased pain in my back, after being in daily pain for a year. I'm so grateful for Kaley and Rachel.
