For facilities, VAiR sells a software suite in three parts. League software automates running leagues across doubles, mixed, team, and ladder formats, with automatic score uploads and real-time rating updates. Tournament software supports live operations of custom, simultaneous, multi-division tournaments. Its Heart Software component handles facility management, court reservations, scheduling, and court optimization.

The platform runs freemium with a VAiR+ premium membership on the player side, where features include ratings, player search, events, and an ambassador program, with rating integrity positioning against sandbagging.
