Dr Jeffrey Alexander is an experienced and skilled surgeon who I would recommend to anyone with foot concerns. He was able to quickly diagnose and schedule the surgery I needed as a result of a previous foot surgery. He was kind, addressing my concerns with care and compassion. I am well on my way to full recovery and I thank him for taking such great care of me!

Dr. Theodore Polizos is the best! Dr. Polizos is an expert wound care specialist, top podiatric surgeon and has a great bedside manner. Extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Dr. Polizos has been treating our family for many years. There’s no one better for your podiatry needs. We love him!

Great service!! The entire staff work together seamlessly. I was fitted for.my new orthotics with plaster molds. Exactly what I was looking for! I have been measured by both plaster molds and electronically. Plaster molds produce far superior orthotics. I would highly recommend Norhern Illinois Foot &Ankle!!

My wife is a patient at this practice. Started seeing them in September of 2024. It is now the end of December 2024 and the orthotics that she ordered came in completely wrong and therefore she is no better off now then she was in September and absolutely no relief. The office does not respond to phone calls or voicemails in a timely manner, and patients are left feeling like they're ignored. My wife is recovering from another medical condition and came home from her appointment at this office location feeling so frustrated, that I was actually worried for her well-being.
