We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa. The property is absolutely beautiful and has so much to offer for both relaxation and fun. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One of our favorite parts of the resort was the water area. The lazy river was so relaxing, and the water slide was an absolute blast. The pool area was very well maintained and made it easy to spend the entire day enjoying the resort. Our room was very large, modern, comfortable, and spotless. The bathroom was also spacious and beautifully designed, making the room feel even more luxurious. We also loved the evening s’mores — such a fun touch and a great experience to end the day.Everything throughout the property felt peaceful and well cared for, and you can tell the team takes pride in creating a great guest experience.Whether you are looking for a relaxing getaway or a fun family vacation, this resort is a fantastic choice. We are already looking forward to coming back!
Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa has become one of our favorite weekend getaways in Texas. Every time we visit, we’re reminded why we keep coming back. The property is absolutely beautiful, with so much to do whether you want to relax or stay active. From the lazy river and pools to the walking trails, restaurants, and peaceful atmosphere, there’s something for everyone. It feels like you’re miles away from everything, even though it’s just a short drive from home. (Hyatt)What really makes this place special is the people. Every member of the staff has always been welcoming, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The customer service is consistently outstanding, and that’s a big reason we continue to return. If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation or a fun family getaway, I can’t recommend this resort enough. We’ll definitely be back again!
The resort is nice and with good activities through the day. Good place for kids. But few things are disappointing: the room cleaning service is not good, they did not clean the hair on the standing bath area… another one is the self parking and valet parking is with charge. Self parking is $25 per day and valet is $45. When I get there no one told me this and just let me do valet parking. I realized this after I get my bill. I was quite surprised since I’ve been to other Hyatt resort and parking are free or at least would be informed of the charge before. I feel this is not professional
recently stayed at Hyatt Lost Pines and had a wonderful family getaway. Our room location was perfect—right next to the playground, which made it incredibly convenient for our kids. The grounds are beautiful and there are so many activities included with your stay, including bike riding, walking trails, a petting zoo, and evening s’mores. We especially loved floating the lazy river and taking in the beautiful Hill Country views throughout the property.A highlight of our stay was dinner at Mavericks. We highly recommend the salmon—it was absolutely delicious and, by far, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The cocktails at Mavericks were also excellent, and we enjoyed the drinks at the pool as well. They were definitely on the pricey side, but they were well-made and enjoyable. While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few areas that could be improved. We would have appreciated more restaurant options being open during the week, as the dining choices felt somewhat limited. The pool area also needs more attention and upkeep. The large pool had noticeable black algae growing on the walls, and the overall pool area seemed dirtier than we expected for a resort of this caliber. Our bathroom was showing its age and could benefit from an update, and we found a cobweb in the bathroom upon arrival.Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed our time at Lost Pines. The family-friendly atmosphere, beautiful property, and abundance of activities made for a memorable trip. With a little more attention to maintenance and dining availability, it would be an exceptional resort. We would definitely stay again.
Came here for a girl's weekend and absolutely loved it! It started with the staff taking our luggage and being so welcoming. Then Sylvia was an absolute pleasure as we checked in and showed us different features and amenities of the property. We had extremely clean and modern rooms and met some wonderful people. Lance was great at the pool and kept a drink in our hand. The place has free bikes you can ride around the property as well as various animals you can visit ( longhorns, alpacas, goats). It was an overall great stay and we will definitely be back!
