We had a fabulous experience. There was a huge storm and our AC went out and they fixed it within a couple of hours. Housecleaning was consistent daily. Only complaint is it was hard to get ahold if the front desk for anything but overall was very impressed. Rooms are cute and property immaculate.

Beautiful resort and facilities. Two bedroom units are two story- and all baths/beds are on the second floor. So lots of steps if you’re coming from outside as the unit is on the 2nd floor. Issues with beach chairs- none were available for the week as we did not know we needed to call the week before to reserve.

Casa Ybel is absolutely gorgeous! The grounds are immaculate, and our condo was amazing! The best part of it was the lanai overlooking the ocean. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, and we were very appreciative of their hard work. The only thing that could have been better was the chair and umbrella situation. Our other neighbors in surrounding condos had the same problem. The hotel was short staffed, and was not able to get chairs or umbrellas out at the times promised. Only one of the three days we requested them was everything set up on time. Aside from this, we were thrilled with our stay, and would highly recommend. We are returning to Sanibel next year, and the only reason we are going to stay at a different resort is that we need more than one bedroom, and we want it for only 5 nights. If you get more than one bedroom here, you are required to book for a week. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!!

We absolutely love staying at Casa Ybel Beach Resort and are already looking forward to our stay this July! The accommodations have always been beautiful, comfortable, and exactly the relaxing beach experience we want year after year.I especially want to recognize Velena for her incredible customer service while helping me book our room. She was so patient and helpful with every detail, including my first-floor room preference and reserving beach chairs for us. I ended up calling back THREE different times because I kept forgetting things, and she was amazing every single time. Friendly, accommodating, and genuinely kind.Customer service like this is exactly why we continue choosing Casa Ybel. Thank you, Velena, for making the process so easy and enjoyable!

Recovered well from Ian and I'm sure we didn't get the full experience so can't wait to come back. Rooms were delightful. Spent my mornings on the walk out patio listening to the waves. Great location, close to everything.
