Great location, Great staff and service and a perfect location to rest and relax. Everything is right there including wonderful restaurants. Coming back from a horrific hurricane and being a historic location our only problem was the furniture which was very sparce and very, very uncomfortable in the room especially in the living room. For the prices being charged a more upscale comfortable furniture would have been appreciated. Also a building having an elevator doesn't mean it is accessible always ask how far away is the room from the elevator. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely come back!!
We had an amazing 4 night stay at Tween Waters. The pools are some of the cleanest clearest water I have ever seen. Staff are very helpful, housekeeping is so responsive. Beaches are clean and inviting. Sit and drink some java at the marina and watch the sunrise. We ate several times at one of the 3 restaurants called The Shipyard, and always had excellent service. Fish dip is some of the best I have had. Looking forward to another stay, what a great place!
Location amd views were great. Food was average at best especially for the price, except for the pizza. The pizza was good. The bed was absolutely horrible. Kayaks were nice and the property itself was nice. There is an adultish pool which was a good option but no live music to be found at the pools amd only 1.night at The Shipyard restaurant. Our spa services were outstanding. We would maybe return if they got new mattresses and we would stay in ine of buildings with an elevator.
This resort was wonderful! The private location made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, and the beach, marina, and dining were all outstanding. There were two beautifully landscaped pools, with convenient food and drink service, making it easy to relax and enjoy the day. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The exceptional service and beautiful setting made our stay truly memorable, and we would gladly return.
We stayed at Tween Waters for 8 days. The room we had was below standard. The room could definitely use some remodeling, especially the bathroom. We found mold near the ceiling especially around the top near the ceiling. We also found roaches in the room. The building we stayed in had no elevator. On a favorable note: The service was very good, especially at the restaurants and the food was tasty. The employees all were very helpful which was appreciated. We most likely would not return because of the room we stayed in.
