Just stayed at the beautiful ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection and honestly had such a great experience. The resort was clean, peaceful, and the mountain views from our room were absolutely amazing.What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful. We asked where the ice machine was, and they actually brought ice directly to our room. We also asked if there was a way to heat up our food, and they brought us a portable microwave to use. That level of hospitality made our stay feel extra special.The valet service was also super convenient and made everything easy from the moment we arrived. Definitely a place I would love to come back to again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing Arizona getaway with beautiful views and amazing service!

We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights at Adero. It was something that we bid on and won in a school auction and used as a vacation. Everyone says don't go to Arizona and the desert during the hot months but we had a great time. The staff was as I had read in other reviews- totally above and beyond! They were so friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping to the waitstaff. Everyone was intent on providing above and beyond service and so friendly. The views were stunning, the food was fabulous and the spa experience was 5 star as well.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, wonderful time! We loved our stay at the ADERO Scottsdale. We were staying here celebrating a giveaway, along with a staycation mini honeymoon, and a relaxing weekend before we move across the country in a few weeks. Reservation Supervisor Alyssa set us up perfectly! We also had some lovely welcome drinks with local spirits and our room was set up with a welcome gift! It was a very romantic stay. We also loved our time in the pool. We are so grateful to have this stay with a great view.

Stayed here over MDW and the hospitality was a 10/10. From checking in at 1am to checking out with Sophia, the customer service at this hotel was amazing. While everyone offered good service, Athena at the pool was the kindest and most attentive. She was quick with our orders and just a pleasure to speak with. She provided excellent service throughout our visit and definitely made our stay better. Overall a great experience, definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort for my 60th Birthday! The views were absolutely stunning, the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, and the entire staff was welcoming and attentive. A special shoutout to Sophia at the front desk, who made check-in an absolute breeze with her friendly and professional service.The location was also very convenient. While Fountain Hills offers a peaceful retreat, we were only about 20–30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
