We had excellent service from start to finish, even while the property was hosting multiple events. During our stay, our event alone had over 600 guests, in addition to two other events taking place at the same time. Despite how busy everything was and how stacked the schedule must have been, the service remained absolutely impeccable. From the beautiful sunset views to the charming details like the orange tree on the property, everything created such a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. The team made us feel truly welcomed and cared for the entire time. A special thank you to Tim, the manager at the McArthur restaurant, for his leadership and warm hospitality. To his team, Sinisa, Seth, Fernando, and Yari also stood out for their attentive and friendly service. And an extra heartfelt thank you to Maria G.from housekeeping, whose thoughtfulness and attention to the little details made our stay feel incredibly personal and special. They remembered our names. It is rare to feel this genuinely cared for while traveling, and it meant so much to us. We are already looking forward to coming back. We are so grateful for this experience 💜

I had a fantastic stay at the Arizona Biltmore. The service was impeccable—staff were always available without being intrusive. The property, from the updated cottages to stunning architecture, was gorgeous. The spa was a highlight—serene and rejuvenating. I’d encourage any guest to treat themselves. The only improvement would be the Citrus Club, which felt a bit light on offerings. Still, I’d highly recommend this resort for its atmosphere, thoughtful spaces, and exceptional service.

Booked this spot for a special occasion. I caught a solid deal for a two-night stay, and since a 5-star resort has been something I wanted to experience, I decided to book. I’d say the vibe here is definitely geared more toward couples or business trips. There were plenty of kids around, but the resort itself didn't really give off a kid-friendly energy.Honestly, the only thing that felt 5-star was the price tag. If I hadn’t snagged that deal, I would’ve been pretty let down. Charging $80 for a three-slider plate, an $8 side of fries, a personal flatbread, and two drinks is wild. I get paying for convenience, but it didn't stop there—the next morning, a breakfast burrito was $30, and most entrees were the same. I ended up dropping $100 on breakfast for two adults and a kid, and the food just wasn’t anything special. The grounds are beautiful, but they put us in the Terrace Court all the way in the back. It’s a good 5-minute trek just to get to the main Paradise Pool. Unless you're planning to stick solely to the adults-only pool, definitely try to request a room in a different building.Parking was another headache. Unless you're on the east side of the property where the open lot is, expect a 10-minute walk to the garage with zero shade from the desert sun.Maybe my expectations were just a bit too high for a 5-star place. I’ve stayed at 4-star hotels that felt way more welcoming, had better amenities, and served food that tasted just as good, if not better. I’m totally fine spending money when it’s worth it, but this place just didn’t quite hit the mark for me.On the bright side, the staff members were all super friendly and the rooms were clean!!

I frequently stay at this resort, most recently with two of my girlfriends, and it is my favorite place to stay. The buildings' history, the rooms, the beautiful grounds, and the service never disappoints. I am especially fond of the Citrus Club and the people who work there. The food is delicious and there is no end to the soft drinks and cocktails. The rooms and patio itself is so welcoming, but the staff is exceptional. Thank you to Claudia, Angel, Doug, Hina, Madison (Maddie), Marcelle, Alex (Alexandra), Sunny, Javiar, and Jose. I hope I didn't forqet anyone. I highly recommend this resort and the add-on of the Citrus Club, it is well worth it. A special shout out of thanks to Hayden and Reilly for moving that heavy umbrella for us by the Terrace pool. I can't wait until my next visit! Sincerely, Denise Pierce and friends.

Superb stay. For 3 nights, Thu-Sun, everything we experienced was fantastic. Food and dining options were excellent. Amenities lavish, atmosphere welcoming and fun. Servers and staff were professional and polite! We happened to stay at the same time as multiple wedding events, which took place right outside of our room. The loud music until 10pm could make falling asleep challenging, which may not have been acceptable for some people, but we personally did not mind. Overall, great place with great amenities. Looking forward to coming back again sometime in the future!
