We had a fantastic time at this resort. Definitely made fun, family memories! This trip we went off season, so took advantage of the summer deal this year. Our condo was a full ocean view, one-bedroom with pull out couch, dining area, decent bathroom size & full kitchen - including large fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave & coffee maker. The kitchen was simply stocked with glassware (wine glasses too), plates, a few cooking pans & silverware. The decor was clean, simple beach theme with white & sand color combo accented with modern, unique & colorful lamps, wall art, ceiling fans & dining ceiling light that were beachy vibe. The lanai was the length of the condo with chairs & tables to sit on. The king bed was comfortable & the pull out couch was decent (Havartys furniture brand). We loved the pool which was big & the pool activities offered. Activities offered were daily poolside games, like free bingo for prizes, cannnoball competitions & paid art projects. There’s also ping pong, fuse-ball, giant connect four, bikes (adult & kids) & free books/board games to borrow. You really do not have to venture off property. The best part is the beach was a short walk, beach chairs are available with umbrellas & towel service which are all included with stay. There are kayaks & paddle boards too, also included in stay. Parking was awesome, close to building & you get two parking spots with your booking, included with stay! You just can’t beat the amenities & offerings & the vibes! We are def coming back!

Loved working at the Sundial Resort for a wedding this past Saturday, and it was such a wonderful experience. As my couple’s wedding planner, I truly appreciated how collaborative, responsive, and supportive the team was throughout the entire process.They helped bring the couple’s vision together beautifully, and everything flowed seamlessly on the wedding day. The space itself is stunning, and the care behind every detail really showed.A special thank you to Amber—she was an absolute joy to work with. Kind, organized, and genuinely invested, she made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable.I would happily recommend this venue to both couples and fellow planners!

Our stay at Sundial Resort & Spa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with hospitality and genuine kindness. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed and comfortable. The dining options were outstanding! We ate lunch and dinner there and everything was delicious. The resort grounds were stunning. Well maintained, gorgeous views and plenty of activities. This is a true 5 star resort and we are already planning our next stay again!

Avoid this place if you’re traveling with kids. We spent our money here expecting a family-friendly resort, only to be told we couldn’t use the pool while still being encouraged to spend money at the restaurants and bars. It felt like they were happy to take our money but not actually let us enjoy the amenities. The atmosphere was anything but welcoming. Instead of creating a relaxing vacation experience, it felt like guests were looking for reasons to complain. Our children became the target of complaints, and rather than handling the situation with understanding or professionalism, the experience left us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. There are plenty of other places on Sanibel that treat families with respect. We won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone expecting hospitality or a family-friendly environment.

We stayed for memorial day weekend and we loved every bit of it. On the check in day we received a text and it became an open text throughout our stay for any questions we had. It came in very handy and we felt very connected with the resort. Umbrella and chairs at the beach. The rooms were immaculate and up to date in decor. Was not over crowded for a holiday weekend. I would definitely come back in the future.
