I had a fantastic stay at the Arizona Biltmore. The service was impeccable—staff were always available without being intrusive. The property, from the updated cottages to stunning architecture, was gorgeous. The spa was a highlight—serene and rejuvenating. I’d encourage any guest to treat themselves. The only improvement would be the Citrus Club, which felt a bit light on offerings. Still, I’d highly recommend this resort for its atmosphere, thoughtful spaces, and exceptional service.

From the moment we stepped out of our car, the level of excellence and customer service we experienced was superb. Every single employee went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that we were completely satisfied with our stay. The Biltmore is a truly luxurious resort, and it has now become one of our all-time favorites. The resort is gorgeous and the grounds are so beautiful. Highly recommend!

I frequently stay at this resort, most recently with two of my girlfriends, and it is my favorite place to stay. The buildings' history, the rooms, the beautiful grounds, and the service never disappoints. I am especially fond of the Citrus Club and the people who work there. The food is delicious and there is no end to the soft drinks and cocktails. The rooms and patio itself is so welcoming, but the staff is exceptional. Thank you to Claudia, Angel, Doug, Hina, Madison (Maddie), Marcelle, Alex (Alexandra), Sunny, Javiar, and Jose. I hope I didn't forqet anyone. I highly recommend this resort and the add-on of the Citrus Club, it is well worth it. A special shout out of thanks to Hayden and Reilly for moving that heavy umbrella for us by the Terrace pool. I can't wait until my next visit! Sincerely, Denise Pierce and friends.

Superb stay. For 3 nights, Thu-Sun, everything we experienced was fantastic. Food and dining options were excellent. Amenities lavish, atmosphere welcoming and fun. Servers and staff were professional and polite! We happened to stay at the same time as multiple wedding events, which took place right outside of our room. The loud music until 10pm could make falling asleep challenging, which may not have been acceptable for some people, but we personally did not mind. Overall, great place with great amenities. Looking forward to coming back again sometime in the future!

This one night was not the finest of stays. I cannot hold the property accountable for one night. It has been a staple of years, decades, family buffets (back in the days), gatherings, dinners and a place of next generation memories. From check in, Leilani and Jack, were great. Tony and Rachel at the Paradise Pool were fantastic. Zach, in housekeeping, was beyond understanding. In-room dining with Ashley, Sam and Cassy (?) had patience beyond. Robert delivered food with enthusiasm and appreciation. Dane, from maintenance, provided security from an a-joining room (which was unlocked) I wasn’t aware of. I have video but won’t share. I was afraid/confused. Security was called for another reason and I do not recall his name. Yet he was stoic, patient, and there was an aura of calm around him. I will call him “Angel”. My folio was overcharged. When I called to rectify it, Ashley was very nice and spoke to the MOD and rectified it. The Biltmore is iconic, as it should be.
