Love this place ~ the staff at Fit Flex Fly is going to be one of the best workouts you’ll get in all of Indy. Their original location in Nora is great but the facility layout in Westfield is so cool. They utilize turf, basketball court, outdoor sand for creating the most creative workouts that leave you feeling the burn! Best quality workout around. Highly recommend!

CrossFit folks are extremely obnoxious. They blast music and open the doors (during winter months) completely disrespecting the little children who play basketball there. The kids have hard time hearing their coaches and every parent freezes while waiting on their kid. We are paying customers too but somehow Crossfit folks always get their way.

I have been playing sand vball here for a couple of years now through CCA and there have been ZERO improvements to the sand courts. Sand for volleyball must be at least 40 cm (16 inches) deep for official competitions, clean, washed, screened, and free of debris. There has been no sand added to the courts in almost four years, we are slipping on the concrete pad , it's SO bad. Please, please for the saftey of the people, add more sand to the court.

I am on oxygen, due to acute asthma. I looked at many other gyms but they weren't experienced with oxygen. I walked into the gym and felt something different. I felt hopeful, excited. Jake and Ethan are wonderful, professional and very understanding. I am so excited to start my journey ☺️

The sand vball court is nice but the sand is just too thick on the second court. The first court was nice and i love it. You could do some adjustment to the sand distribution to make it a little less thick
