While I’m relatively new to the sport and don’t have much to base it off, these are really well kept courts. I come here to utilize the ball machine and from what I know it’s pretty affordable. It’s around $33/hr, and I showed up early and had to wait for a court but Lisa at the front desk helped me grab a ball machine and told me where to go. She ended up coming out a few minutes later and let me know I could hop on another court instead of having to wait.Great experience, I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Burbank Tennis Center has the best of both worlds. It’s inexpensive and accessible and down to earth as a public facility should be; and it’s very clean and has its own gourmet food cafe and beautiful courts that you’d expect from a private club. This is due to the owner Steve Starleaf who’s one of the nicest people I’ve met, an excellent coach and a club owner dedicated to keeping his facilities top notch. Also he has 2 well maintained green clay courts and finally Coach Mike runs an addictive live ball session several times a week which my wife and I did for years.

Be cautious when signing up for a program—you’ll need to decide if you want to continue after just the first class, session, and/or hour. After that, you’re locked in, and they keep your money.

★★☆☆☆

very nice but maintenance " sucks" somebody needs to supervise the ground crews...they collect a salary but nothing gets done..( I have experience on grounds maintenance and here nothing gets done .just mowing grass...but there is lot more to be done, trash, playgrounds , etc etc

This tennis center is absolutely beautiful. Very well maintained courts as well as a friendly staff. If you want to sign out a court I would suggest downloading the Kourt App. If you’re a Burbank local you also get a discount on courts and other services. I’ve played a lot of courts, this is a nice place that does t require a membership, but offers a lot of similar amenities. They have ball machines, clay courts and offer lessons.
