Staff were all nice and helpful. Check-in looked like it was going to have a long wait with several people in line. But there were about 4 or 5 check in staff and the line moved very quickly. Not too bad of a wait for the doctor. Visit was smooth with a well explained diagnosis. It has X-ray and MRI machines. The facility is well maintained and in good shape even after 20 plus years.

Dr. Mulligan is truly an exceptional surgeon and physician. From the moment I became his patient, he has taken outstanding care of me every step of the way. I had surgery on my hand, and his skill, precision, and attention to detail gave me so much confidence going into the procedure—and even more relief afterward. What really sets Dr. Mulligan apart is how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions without rushing, and makes sure you feel comfortable and supported. During my recovery, he has continued to check on my progress and make sure I’m healing properly, which means everything.I’m beyond grateful for the care I’ve received. If you’re looking for a doctor who is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive, I highly recommend Dr. Mulligan. He goes above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon.

Dr. Igbal is the best. Always takes the time to listen and thoroughly answer any questions you have. Very considerate of how you are doing and helping you any way he can. My last visit had a lot of back pain and he took the time to get equipment brought into the room so he could give me injections then. Never feel rushed when seeing him. Would recommend him highly to anyone experiencing back issues.

Dr. Iqbal is phenomenal. He is gentle, caring and always takes his time with you to explain everything. He also makes sure you understand everything. This is the second time I have had injections in my back with him. He is as gentle as he possibly can be. After being done he even came back into the room to make sure they safely transported me into the recovery area. You never feel rushed with him and he answers any questions. I am so glad he is my doctor!

I don't understand when you're trying to make an appointment you call the number and the automatic system hangs up on you then when you finally get a human to talk to they act like they're mad at you because you're trying to make an appointment. They say that you can make an appointment online but then it doesn't show any appointments available, when I made a comment to the receptionist they said yeah it doesn't let you make appointments. Which doesn't make any sense to me at all because the automated service tells you to go online to make an appointment. The automated service also says that they are there to help you and to make your experience the best possible but they give you the runaround when you're trying to make an appointment and then when you talk to them they give you an attitude. I was very pleasant on the phone, and the receptionist you can tell in her voice was not happy talking to you, and she doesn't even bother say goodbye or have a good day or anything just hangs up the phone. Is that the way you treat your customers, there has to be a better way. It's sad because usually when I'm actually at my appointment the people there are usually very nice hence the three stars instead of one
