Sierra Orthopedic was incredible from start to finish. I had ankle surgery and my ankle is healing well. And, my incisions have had no issues. I’ve felt really cared for throughout the whole process. The staff was compassionate and reassuring, and Dr. Mangold was great: professional, thorough, and made me feel confident I was in the best hands.A special thank you to Dorothy in post-op. I always get tearful coming out of anesthesia, and she was an absolute angel. So kind and calm, when I needed it most. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Sierra Orthopedic.

When I entered the building it was the most beautiful art deco style. The staff were all so nice and also the patients. Everything was so positive and pleasant. The Doctor was perfect. He was honest and explained exactly what I needed to know. I know he was busy but he gave me his full attention with no rush. I'm confident he will fix my sickness with his expert skill. I was nervous before, but no more. Thank you.

Dr Kraft is a superior and talented physician. What makes him stand out is he is very compassionate and caring, and combined with his knowledge and vast experience, he’s number one in my book. I’ve been a patient for many years. He’s saved my life and that of my late husband who passed from Parkinson’s. Dr. Kraft diagnosed my husband’s Parkinson’s early which allowed him proper and timely help. In my case, he discovered my cancer. Honestly, my gratitude for his care runs deep. I can’t praise and thank him enough for all that he’s meant to my family!

Yesterday was my pre-op with Grace. She was very personable, kind and professional. She explained everything thoroughly (what to expect, the process of the procedure and what to expect afterwards, (pain 😂). I felt very comfortable with Grace as I did with Dr Dunn at my last appt. She addressed all my questions and listened thoughtfully and didn't rush me. After meeting with Grace I had my labs and EKG. The young women, sorry I didn't catch your name, had me in and in under 15 minutes. She also was very professional and personable. And man she is one hell of a phlebotomist, I did not feel a thing. I was a phlebotomist for 5 years and have seen a lot of phlebotomist that maybe shouldn't be in that field. I had to look down at my arm when I saw a full tube ready to be labeled. I was surprised that I had a needle in my arm, BRAVO, great job! I feel very thankful for Dr. Dunn and his team and feel confident they will do a great job... and though I have to go through some pain, I am looking forward to having new knees...now I wish they could fix the rest of me so I could look and feel 20 again. Let me know when you figure out that procedure, I will be signing up! See you all Friday! C. Keller.

probably one of the worst and most amateur operations I've ever dealt with. getting a hold of your doctors is next to impossible. pushing back or asking questions about their recommended procedures is not tolerated. highly recommend you get a second opinion. if this is the first place you went. they use outdated techniques and equipment. it's impossible to get a hold of your records without getting them on a CD or physically picking them up. then we have the nightmare of prescriptions. sent to three different and incorrect pharmacies. took 4 days to get a doctor to respond to a refill request.. The nurses are some of the most incompetent medical professionals I've ever seen. if you can even call them professionals. conflicting information from the doctors. waiting over an hour past my appointment just to get behind the front desk. it's amateur hour over here and it shows. to be honest the surgery went as well as it could, but if everything else sucks what's the point?.Reply to owner: You are not interested in my experience because I've directly addressed this with you in office and on the phone. four different times in fact. hence the detailed information and context of the review. in fact, your lack of concern is largest complaint.
