I was on the phone for work and saw that my daughter went in back. I said the the front desk on 03/20/2026 @ 8:30am, “Excuse me, has Sofia been called back?” She rolled her eyes, took a deep exhale and said just a minute. A patient stated that she heard that name being called. I thanked her. It was more helpful and gracious than the front desk. I did not do anything wrong, I said excuse me with a smile, in which I was met with a frown and as if I was a problem. When she brought me to the room, I said thank you. She said “Yup”. Whatever she is going though, she needs to transgress her emotions and realize she is dealing with people who are hurt and sad.

Dr. Gousse is an absolute gem of a human, and a rockstar of a doctor, and his entire office staff are just pleasant as can be. No one likes going to the doctor, be real, but they make it tolerable enough that I smile and laugh while I'm there and leave feeling good about my visit.

Dr Gousse’s PA was great. Very happy with my decision of use him as my primary Dr. she spent the time to make sure and explain and answer all my questions.

If in the event ur serious @ ur health, this is where u should come. Everyone is personable, yet professional and know their stuff. From the front staff to the doctors and NP's. They have great bedside compassion and manners. I feel proud of myself for finding Dr. Gousse's office. Staff is wonderful, Dr. Gousse and Marina have been amazing and I will continue to seek care here due to their care and knowledge
