I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Russo and highly recommend him. He far surpassed my expectations in treating my husband, J. J is elderly and had been to several specialty doctors to help him with circulation, stiffness and overall mobility. In the last four months, Dr. Russo was able to improve J's walk, neck movement, circulation and overall confidence. Dr. Russo's "thinking out of the box" treatment plan, wellness therapy, along with physical exercises has improved J's lifestyle tremendously. Thank you Dr. Russo for taking on this endeavor.

I am happy to have found Dr. Russo. I knew my body wasn’t feeling its best, but I didn’t realize how bad I truly felt. It has only been a month since I started working with him, and I feel better than I have in YEARS. One thing I appreciate about Dr. Russo is that he focuses on long term care versus acute treatment. This was not my experience with previous chiropractors. He was thorough in his evaluation to determine the root cause of my issues to create a care plan for me. He is knowledgeable, kind, and he listens. If you want to feel better he will support you in that journey.

I have known Dr. Russo for 9 years and really enjoy working with him. He is the only chiropractor I know personally who has advanced degrees and post-graduate training in functional neurology and sports medicine, applying his knowledge and techniques across a wide variety of cases. What I like most about working with Dr. Russo is that he is a very friendly and approachable "straight-up" kind of guy, who will always give you an honest assessment of your condition and what he can do for you, even if that means referring you to another practitioner who he believes is better suited to treat your particular problem. His initial assessment is very thorough and usually includes x-rays or other medical tests that he needs in order to provide you with the best treatment plan for achieving the most optimal outcome. In my experience, Dr. Russo cares deeply about his patients and will take whatever measures are necessary to help his patients in attaining the highest level of medical improvement within that patient's physical limitations. I have been working with him recently after shattering my left kneecap. I wasn't improving until I began physical therapy with him. He designed an individualized program for me that, in 8 weeks, had my knee bending much further than it could on my first visit. I am a former administrative prosecutor for the Florida Department of Health and have seen many types of medical practitioners with varying levels of competence in practicing their profession. Dr. Russo is a rare gem, highly competent, and caring.

Dr. Russo has made a huge improvement in my wellbeing. I have lived with back issues for 10 years. I have had multiple epidural injections over the course of the last few years with no help insight. A friend of my Wife’s suggested Dr. Russo. I have never considered chiropractic care as I was afraid of something going wrong, but I was desperate. I started seeing Dr. Russo in January 2025 with a 10+ pain level, barely able to walk, and completely drained. In the last 6 weeks, my pain level has decreased weekly to a 0-1. Although my MRI’s show not much wrong with me, my body told me different. Dr. Russo listened to what I told him and not what X-rays and MRI’s said. I went from thinking the only way to get better was surgery, but now I have found an alternative. Dr. Russo has made a believer out of me in his straight forward, no nonsense care and I would highly recommend anyone that has back issues to give him a shot at helping before going under the knife. Thank you Dr. Russo for everything thing you have done for me and I look forward to our next visit.

I have been seeing Dr. Russo for chronic back & hip pain for about 6 months now after being referred by the VA and I'm beyond impressed with the care that I have received. His expertise and personalized approach were evident from the start. Dr. Russo took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explaining different treatment plans with patience and clarity. After each session, I experience significant relief and noticeable improvements in my back, neck, & hip mobility. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and the results are truly transformative. I highly recommend Dr. Russo for anyone seeking top-notch chiropractic care for any of their pain relief concerns. As a Veteran that has been in constant pain for over 7 years, I’m truly grateful for the relief that Dr. Russo gives me at each appointment. He also gives advice about workouts that I can try on my own between appointments to help with my strength overall! I plan to see Dr. Russo for as long as I live in or near Tallahassee. 10/10 service all around!
