I love this place! And Michelle!! I was looking for a specific item (Selkirk tour bag)that the manufacturer was out of stock on. Not only did they have it in several colors. Due to my work schedule and their hours I asked if they could drop it off down the street where I play pickleball. And I would get it that evening. Michelle agreed to help me out with that. That’s customer service!!!!! They will get all my business going forward!!!

I can’t say enough about the people that work here… They treat you like family And are truly concerned that you have the best possible experience with your product once you leave. My latest experience with the team and Ray was when I purchased a racket that seemed to be play differently compared to the demo and when I came back Ray overheard me talking to Michelle and Riley about these issues and how completely baffled I was that my racket seemed to play differently than the demo(which i loved). Ray put the racket in his swing weight machine and after about an hour of math , data and analysis, Ray made some enhancements to the racket. wow! it played better than the demo! The difference is night and day and although it seems minimal it makes a huge difference on the Court. can’t wait to come back in and pick up my new bag and racket number two.! this place is a gem and worth every penny !

I placed an online order and it shipped quickly. When I had an issue with the product, I emailed them and they were very responsive. They worked with me on the resolution and had excellent customer service. I would highly recommend for online orders.

Great store for tennis and pickleball gear. Staff is amazingly helpful and nice. Great selection with bargain rackets to pretty pricey top of the line selections.

Update: Take caution if ordering from them if they are not your local pro shop. There is no option for any shipping method other than a "flat rate ground" which is via USPS First Class Mail. The retailer did everything they could to resolve this issue after I initiated a chargeback due to a miscommunication, but resolution was a long process. The review has been updated from 1 star to 3 stars for the good attempt at resolution.
