The activation side handles delivery, installation, event staff and breakdown for one-day events, seasonal installations and semi-permanent setups, with service across all 50 states. Ten target use cases are published, including conferences and trade shows, corporate team building, employee wellness, hotel and resort guest experiences, country club seasonal enhancements, festivals, brand activations, retail activations, real estate launches, and sports clubs testing pickleball as a permanent program.

The supply side designs, delivers and installs premium courts tailored to space, budget and goals, offering roll-out tournament-grade surface and interlocking tile, with direct US manufacturer relationships and in-house nationwide install crews, scaling from one court to a full complex.

Roughly thirty completed projects are named, including ESPN HQ, Cosm Los Angeles, Chicago Athletic Club, Bitcoin 2025, several conference activations, brewery and festival builds, and club buildouts.

For country clubs specifically, the pitch is adding semi-permanent courts during peak seasons to test member demand without committing to full construction.
