was passing through the city for a few days and decided to come buy a new paddle after mine broke.I walked through the door with some expectations of a paddle that I had in mind to buy. After they heard about my playing style and the paddle I was using before, they gave me some very good recommendations. I was able to try all the suggested paddles in their in house court, ending with the CRBN1X as the final option.It has been a real pleasure to have been able to shop at a store where the managers have extensive knowledge of the game and the equipment they sell. Hope to come back again at some moment.

Shout out to these guys! best customer service I've ever seen. Very knowledgeable about all things pickleball, helped me pick my first paddle and you can try out various paddles on their demo court!

I recently visited Pickleball Giant, and I cannot recommend this store enough! Wade and Robert provided top-notch customer service, going above and beyond to help us find the perfect paddle. They patiently guided us through the options and even allowed us to test out multiple paddles, which made the experience so much more personalized and fun. Although I haven’t made a purchase yet, their expertise and kindness made a lasting impression. If you’re looking for a great place to gear up for pickleball, this is the spot! 🏓👏

I’m new to pickleball and I visited the store because someone I was playing with recommended it to me. As soon as I walked in I was met with great customer service and sincere hospitality. The workers there helped me find the paddle I desired within my budget, and let me test several paddles on their in-store court. The staff is very knowledgeable of this sport and was patient with me. One of them even gave me pointers when playing and the other let me know of some events they do for beginners! I will definitely be back when I become more experienced in playing. Thank you, all!

The staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and the store even includes an indoor court with net where you can try out numerous different paddles before buying. I’ve been here multiple times and plan to continue to do business there. 5/5 recommend!
