I consider your paddles to be decent quality that I purchased a second one; however, I find your customer service to be entirely miserable. The fact that I have been without a paddle to use for over a month and a half is unacceptable. I am thoroughly disappointed. I hope that your company will consider retraining your customer service department, particularly if you wish to cultivate loyal customers, especially in an era where numerous excellent paddle companies are available.

Terrible customer service took over 2 weeks for them to return my email and then wouldn’t approve there lifetime warranty policy, they put verbal stipulations on the lifetime warranty and is no record of them in there policy and the paddle was only a year and a half old and in perfect condition besides the defective throat and that broke which is a common problem in paddles. Go with Joola guys they have much better customer service and I have never had a problem with a warranty claim.

Truly the best customer service you can ask for. I bought Two tempest wave pro pickleball paddles about 6-7 months ago; I had some issues with the paddles; I contacted the customer service after hour and the operator answered and instructed to send them in; I sent both paddles in via UPS, they arrived at this location on January 12th, 2022, and less than a week I had two brand new paddles at my front door in California (Bat Area) via USPS priority mail. Love the customer service. 5 thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍 Thank you guys❤️❤️❤️

Stopped in Niles to see the operation. The people were so nice and talked to be about the company and the local pickleball scene. I left with a discounted bantam that I love. Looking forward to visiting them again

I cannot say enough about how much we love Paddletek! It’s not just their amazing paddles, it’s their love of the customer and their product. A few years ago, I had a problem with pain in my elbow. Decided to make the drive to Paddletek to see what they offered. When talking to Curtis, he said they could make me a customize grip that would help with the vibration and take care of the problem with my elbow. I bought one and WOW!!!! Elbow pain is gone and has never returned. Now I am back years later, pain free and buying my 4th paddle and I am beyond happy. When stopping in they didn’t have what I needed, but they were so kind to go above and beyond to get me what I need!!! Paddletek has not only helped my elbow, but my game. As I’ve elevated my game, I feel like they’ve always had a paddle to coincide with my ever changing needs. The staff there is amazing! If you are ever in the area, stop in!!!
