I'm new to this area. I needed to see a doctor as soon as possible for my hands. In little over a month I saw a Dr had a nerve test on my hands & my first surgery. They are fast, efficient, friendly. I give them two thumbs up 👍👍 I will recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Dr Chapman and PA J. R. I was so comfortable with each of them- so much so- that there was a thorough first visit history and exam but also a lot of humor which helped me relax. Dr. Chapman said surgery not necessary at this time ( whew!) but he referred me to a physician for pain treatment. My only suggestion is that the front desk people and the person reviewing my meds could be a bit more personable. I highly recommend Dr Chapman and JR

Dr Bryan Chambers is so very attentive, compassionate and caring. He truly cares about his patients. Listened intently to my tale of woe. His PA JR is very personable, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. Wonderful support staff as well. And the staff actually responds to messages I post on the patient portal!! Orthopedic One is THE place to go for any orthopedic concerns.

Scheduling was made very simple. Everyone was on time. Dr Backes provides excellent clinical explanations in simple ways to understand and exhibits a true care for his patients. He is also willing to share cool football stories but you will need to ask him because he is very modest. His staff is superb. I strongly recommend Dr Backes and his team for someone with orthopedic needs.

My therapist, Amy, was great! She helped to figure out generally what was causing my pain and how to work around it. It wasn’t in preparation for another surgery but as a way to manage pain - something I’ve never had a doctor or therapist specifically work on with me. I’ve dealt with pain for 20+ years and never had anyone specifically work with me on pain management and I appreciate it more than she will know! I wish I had found this doctor and therapist years ago.
