I always have an excellent experience at Orlando Orthopaedic Center in Lake Nona. From the moment I first walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the check in team. Elisa and Jeannine at the front desk are absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. They make the check-in process easy and create such a positive first impression.Everyone I interact with throughout my visits are kind and caring, and I am always treated with respect and compassion. It’s clear that this office values great patient care from the moment you walk through the door.Thank you to Elisa, Jeannine, and the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience. I highly recommend Orlando Orthopaedic Center in Lake Nona!

The Lake Nona office is the best. From day one they remembered me they always speak and very friendly. Check in crew are the best. I feel like we have become family Alejandro, Elisa, Cristina, and Wanda amazing and on point with checking me in. It runs smoothly everytime. Therapy check-in Rep Jeannie always make my therapy process so smooth and stressless. She always have a smile on her face and speak with compassion. The whole office staff is the best. I have had 2 surgeries and both they ALL have made it a pleasure to come back. I referred several people to that office. I tell them even if you have to drive miles it is worth it. The Lake Nona office.

Your patience and understanding eloquently exemplify our gratitude. It is a customary expression among us to say, 'it is a pleasure to thank you'—for your kindness, helpfulness, cordiality in communication, attentiveness to our needs, and willingness to assist without prompt. Your loyalty and unwavering support, coupled with your openness to feedback, foster a positive environment that motivates us to continue visiting our doctors. Personally, I have transitioned three of my doctors to three of yours because of the exemplary manner in which I am treated. I have been coming here since last year and the team has been extremely patient, caring and helpful throughout the team. From the front desk with Alejandro, Cristina, Wanda and certainly Elisa positive attitude every time I see her.The therapy team is one of a kind and is doing an amazing job getting my back to where I need to be. Jeanine, Rachel, Sharon and Valerie are so positive, caring and determined to help me before I get into my season, throughout and even until the end when I leave my session for the day. I couldn’t ask for a better team.

Absolutely love the Lake Nona office! We have had such a positive experience getting help with my son’s toe walking. Dr. T listened to my concerns & really took her time. The front office staff Alejandro, Elisa, Cristina & Wanda - were amazing as well - friendly, organized & would always help with my insurance questions. Jeannine who checked us in at Physical Therapy knew my son by name & our Therepist Valerie had more patience than a saint with my 7-year-old son! Highly Recommend OOC - Lake Nona!!
