Hands down one of the best gym experiences you can find. The amenities, pools, and overall environment are world class. The Chanhassen, MN location in particular is absolutely incredible — they really go above and beyond in offering a wide variety of services and experiences. My only gripe is the membership fees are steep. I wish they would consider sliding scale options or partnerships with community organizations to make it more accessible to everyone. Great gym, just needs to be more inclusive financially

The facility is great with lots of amenities. The staff also do a good job. Not quite as friendly as some of the other locations but still pretty good. The workout area is great and the equipment is in great shape. The new cold tub is amazing, love that they added it.The only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because they do not have the best hours. They close to early in the evening and I believe for as expensive as it is they should have longer hours during the week and especially on the weekends.9pm is a bit early for a Friday and Saturday.

Pricing is genuinely OUTRAGEOUS. Pricing has gone up every single month, gym if filthy and there’s new dumb rules every week that the paste on the walls. $250 a month yet women can’t wear thong bikinis outside to tan or relax in the pool. They talk about guest comfortability but seem to only care about certain guests. I even called to see why the price keeps increasing and I couldn’t even get a straight answer. Pool area by far is the grossest I’ve seen in a while - bandaids, gums and clumps of hair are seen scattered across the floor anytime when entering the pool area. Hot tub tiles are grimy and falling apart. They no longer have an outdoor hottub and turned it into a “21+” area which is pointless and makes no sense. You would think a billion dollar chain would just build a new hottub if it kept breaking down especially since they pay their employees $15 an hour while charging most people $200+ a month. They changed the guest policy so that you can’t bring the same guest within a month or something like that just downright ridiculous!! For the price you should not be policing people on what to wear and the facility should be spotless!! I wonder where all that money goes because it certainly doesn’t go to the cleanliness or taking care of the guests. Been coming here for over 5+ years and the general decline started after they changed their hours from 24 hours to this. Honestly disappointed and may cancel my membership soon.

This review is specific to classes. I have worked out my entire life...consistently lifted weights, cardio, organized sports, but it was not until I started taking lift classes about a year and a half ago that I have finally started seeing tangible results. And this is due to the amazing instructors that teach the Strength/Barbell Strength Classes - Karlene C (Mon), Kristine F (Wed), and Alissa G (Fri). While the classes are mostly attended by (badass/strong) females, these are the very best workouts - high repetition, full body, thoughtful instruction. Instructors appropriately push us to improve week to week. I think guys tend to avoid these classes because they're too hard, haha! It wasn't until I started taking these classes that I finally feel like I get the value out of my membership.

Luxury resort experience. In a club setting. Restaurant, coffee bar, spa, indoor pickle ball courts basket ball meeting rooms. They supply towels soaps shampoo and conditioner in each shower stall In the locker room they have big lockers for your gear locks are installed I loved the steam room it did wonderful things to my facial skin. All the great exercise machines, free weights, This location has a water park for the kids, lap pool, two large whirlpools, a coed sauna, Really nice.I bought a day pass and was only disappointed that I had appointments that limited my time in the facility.Friendly helpful, knowledgeable staff were constantly cleaning, asking you if you had questions or needs, it was like a mini, mini vacation.
