My sister and I were so fortunate to meet and work with Jeff Delva. Jeff was supportive from the beginning of the process until the end. Even after moving into our home he has been there with a big smile. The process ended up taking much longer than planned for us to sell our previous residence, but the entire time Jeff was there to assist us.The people in the community are also very friendly and willing to support each other,

We bought our house 7 months ago and we are totally enjoying it. From the beginning to now it was top notch service. In particularly Jeff Delva, his work ethic was beyond reproach, he made the entire process seamlessly, even now if we need anything he is always willing to answer questions or point us in the right direction. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff Delva at K. Hovnanian Hatteras Hills community in Delaware. Unfortunately, due to family circumstances we were unable to proceed with a purchase, but we still wanted to take a moment to recognize Jeff for his professionalism.Jeff was always pleasant, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the community and the homebuying process. He always took the time to answer all of our questions.Although we weren't able to move forward at this time should our situation change in the future we would absolutely reach out to Jeff again to help us find our forever home. Four Seasons at Hatteras Hills is the place to live. It is a fabulous place and the people who work here as well as the people who live here are amazing. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, kind, caring and always willing to help. Jeff and Iliana are two of the first people that you meet when you come to visit the property and inquire about your home. They both are very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jeff is the person that I interacted with throughout the process of purchasing my home. I can’t say enough about Jeff. He has a heart of gold, and I’ve never met a man with such a great personality, attitude, and passion for his work. He is honest, guides you in the right direction if you’re not sure of what to do or what to expect. He is the perfect gentleman. I always felt welcomed no matter how many times I had questions or concerns. His patience is unbelievable, and he has a calming demeanor that is inspiring. Jeff truly cares about people. He goes above and beyond to help people get through the process of purchasing their home, and he is truly happy for them . When the process is complete, you feel like he is your best friend and that you’ve known him for years. Conner and Coby are great also. Perfect gentleman as well. They are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about their work also. Once you purchase your home they are there to walk you through and explain how things work.
