I rarely leave reviews, but the service was so good from the Pro Shop at IRC I wanted to let everyone know. We purchased racquets at IRC for my son who plays in college. We had a racquet crack during normal play in the first year, which should have been covered by the manufacturer's stated warranty. We sent in the broken racquet to IRC and they managed the process. Long story short, the manufacturer did NOT honor the warranty. Paul B. worked with them, but continued to be denied.Although this situation was not the fault of IRC, Paul immediately offered an option to help us. I declined and tried to push the manufacturer myself... which did nothing. I never called back nor complained, but Paul found out we got no relief. He / IRC provided an exceptional offer for us. It was well beyond what I could have expected and my son is back playing with 4 racquets in the rotation!Shout out to the integrity of IRC. They stepped in to make something right that was not their fault. I am happy to know where we will buy all our future racquets!!!

I’ve been a member at Indy racquet club for a few years and my tennis game has improved so much. I’ve participated in many drop in and group clinics. I do private lessons with Victor Cheng. He has worked with me on my technique and I see a huge difference in my USTA matches thanks to him. I enjoy the level of play at this club and the quality of the coaching. The facility is very nice. It is also a great place to meet other people who love to play tennis!

As a new tennis player dealing with foot issues, this place was a game changer. They have a wide variety of brands, which really matters when you’re trying to find something that works with orthotics...good luck finding that at most shoe stores. Huge thanks to Karena for the help. I never would’ve expected to end up in K-Swiss, but they’ve been a great fit.

I went to the Indy Racquet Club to get some vintage tennis rackets strung. Staff were so welcoming and more than willing to help. They only charged $20 a racket (Dick’s charges $25 a racket). They were finished with all 4 rackets in just 2 days, and they did a phenomenal job. Also, their pro shop has the widest selection of dampeners I have ever seen. I ended up going with the emoji dampeners because they made me smile the most (and they were recommended by a staff member). Definitely an inviting atmosphere and positive environment at this club. Will be going here for any future tennis needs!

Exceptional service! The staff in the pro shop is friendly, helpful, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and they take great care of their customers. My daughter has played several tournaments there, it's a very nice facility with lots of courts and multiple viewing options. Facilities are well taken care of.
