Impact Activities manages and develops public tennis and pickleball centers on behalf of municipalities, covering lessons, programs, tournaments, ball machines, retail shops and events at each location.

Named managed pickleball sites include Samuell Grand, LB Houston, Fretz and McLeland in Dallas, The Courts McKinney, and Coronado in California, each with its own pickleball page covering court reservations, programs and leagues, and tournaments and events.

Certified staff are individually profiled at each site, with PPR and IPTPA certified pickleball professionals named. Operational detail includes a hybrid court policy under which shared pickleball and tennis courts are booked by phone while dedicated pickleball courts book online through the member portal or mobile app, plus an unlimited multi-club membership spanning sites and a proprietary app.

Because the contracting buyer is the municipality that owns the courts, this is a facility management and programming service rather than a venue business.
