Cheap load. No tarp station. SEecuring and tarping is done outside

Not a bad place. I checked in at 6:45 am but they start only at 8:00am. Now 8:14 am and 2 trucks almost done. 2-3 truck can park overnight at the entrance.

Tql broker the load to me said it was only 5miles away, got off phone put directions in and it was 105miles, tried to call them back and tell them to cancel nobody picked up so I headed over anyway to try to make it before the cut off time which is 3:30 arrived at 3:34 wouldn’t load me l, as owner operator this sucked so bad experience for me today finally the broker calls me back @4:27 and apologize. Really wished the shipper had a better understanding of what som owner ops go thru

Poor customer service. ordered product, charged my credit card. Four days later, they cancelled order indicating out-of-stock. Refund not processed. note. received refund. two stars for poor inventory control. four days to determine that item not in stock

Har-Tru goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers! I ordered a Wilson teaching cart from them because the same product was $50-$75 more at the well known websites. It arrived fast, but unfortunately UPS must have thrown the box because where there was damage on the box, the cart wheel inside was busted off (not possible to repair). One quick phone call and Brandy has another new product on the way! I don’t even have to worry about sending the broken cart back! Excellent customer service! I will definitely be doing more business with them and recommending them to all my clients and others in the tennis business! Thanks Har-Tru!
