The business is active in the local scene, sponsoring community pickleball tournaments and fundraisers.
I came in looking for wide tennis shoes as I’ve been having a hard time fitting a good fit and was blown away by the amazing customer service I received from Juan and Matthew! They clearly communicated their knowledge of what shoes would be best and didn’t hesitate going back and forth to get multiple boxes as my foot tends to run in between shoe sizes. They were pleasant, making sure I didn’t feel rushed though they were closing soon and made my experience overall the best! You both deserve a raise! I’ll forever come back here for all my tennis gear, thank you guys!!
Racquetball Players beware! Racquetball Racquets restring takes the back seat here, there's always a delay and promises not kept when job should be completed. Manager is always out to lunch and notice this trend recently. Worst yet, restring job prices went up ridiculously! Guy down the street, The Racquet Doctor beats Go Pro by $10.00 he's always on time and brings his own lunch to work.
These folks are terrific. Prices are good too. Very helpful. Highly recommend them for pickle ball and tennis needs.
This place is awesome. The customer service is amazing! I'm a beginner and the employees here are so welcoming, they answered all of my tennis questions and gave me great recommendations. I would definitely recommend. 10/10
I visited the other day. Wanted a knee strap, shorts, and maybe a new racquet. The only employee was stringing and without mask. 3 other customers... 2 with no masks. The employee had no clue what a knee strap was.... he had never heard of a patella support strap? Really? And this is "pro" shop in aging popular Florida? He shrugged me off... also asked about sale racquets and he said the pricing is the same as online. Meantime... no adherence to mask wearing. I bought nothing and will never be back. I wanted to support local businesses...instead went to a big box store and guess what? They had everything I needed. #fail
