James gave me the hook up with the new shoes and paddle! The paddle made me a better player with a ton more control over the ball and the shoes have been saving my back and feet from any pain while playing! love their products and will always be a loyal customer after the way I've been treated!!

Again 2 paddle - I think the company is another money grad. They own a pickle ball club on my research or sposnser it. I don't think they make their own paddles. Why would they break in 8 months. Be careful on blue core. All these companies play china. Go with an American brand! I could be wrong- do your research!

I've ordered racquets for over 25 yrs & have never ordered the wrong frame. Consumers know to be careful because of all the variations on frames. Diadem sent the wrong frame to me, and their unpleasant reply to my inquiry (on the mix up) decided this matter. After returning demos you have to call/email Ernesto to get your credit back. It is supposed to be automatic! Don't waste your time here unless you just like wasting money & effort. Spend a few more $ at Tennis Warehouse, Midwest Sports, or Holabird Sports to get what you want in a professional, efficient way. Terrible service at this merchant & they are obsessed with being "right". Losing $20 on these clowns is the only money they will ever see from me. Next stop Yonex! 😆

Fantastic customer service, Christopher helped me pick out a Pickleball paddle that fits my style. Everything was in stock. Just wish I didn’t purchase my shoes before I came here because they also have nice shoes.

Had a great time shopping at Diadem Sports Headquarters today. The staff was informative and friendly. I was looking for a present for my girlfriend and Chris helped me pick out the perfect paddle!
