If you’re considering making Country Pointe Community your home, you’re in for a treat. I can’t recommend it enough, it’s truly a fantastic place to live. The community is exceptionally well-run, with an excellent board that takes care of everything, from maintenance to organizing events, making it a place where you can feel both relaxed and connected. One of the things I love most is the amenities. We have two swimming pools, a hot tub, and a full equity gym that’s always in top shape. If you prefer a little more space while working out, there’s also a separate workout room. For sports enthusiasts, there are two pickleball courts and a tennis court, so you’ll never run out of ways to stay active and have fun. The property is meticulously maintained, it’s always clean and beautifully landscaped, making every walk through the community a pleasant experience. When we had a recent snowstorm, our vendor did an amazing job clearing the roads and the property. It was like the storm never happened! It’s reassuring to know that the community is always well taken care of, no matter what. What truly sets this community apart, though, is the convenience. You don’t need a car here, everything you need is right next to the property. There's a supermarket, a restaurant, a Starbucks, a hardware store, boutique stores, and even a hair salon, all just a short walk away. It makes daily life incredibly easy and stress-free. All in all, Country Pointe Community offers the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. With amazing amenities, an excellent board, and everything you need right at your doorstep, it’s an ideal place to live. I have no doubt you’ll love it here as much as I do if you decide to make the move!

I been there to show a listing to one of my buyer, its a beautiful community. I have so many buyers looking to buy there but right now there is nothing available.

Absolutely love it. Clean spacious. I love the ShopRite supermarket, some aisles are a little narrower than some but other than that I like shopping there. Fresh food such as roasted chicken with potatoes and vegetables, fresh tuna and chicken salads. One stop shop instead of running here and there to get junk food.

All of the negative comments here are from non residents who know nothing about our community. How does a non resident know anything about sounds from adjoining apartments? They don't! All apartments are soundproofed. It is a community of mostly active retired professionals from different occupational backgrounds ranging from many educators, attorneys, financial professionals, independent business owners and physicians. It is a place where people enjoy community events and participate in many different clubs and activities. Our Clubhouse is professionally managed by top notch staff with years of experience. We have an adjacent shopping center with the newest Shoprite on Long Island and restaurants and stores that serve all of the surrounding community. What was once an empty parcel of unkempt land is now the crown jewel of gated residential communities on Long Island.
