Went in today for the first time to sell some old jewelry. From the moment we walked in, we were treated royally! Everyone was so friendly and professional and made us extremely comfortable. They even cleaned and checked my engagement ring while we waited for other jewelry to be appraised. We will definitely be back for any future jewelry purchases.

May Update: I came today and upgraded my wedding ring. Chelsea was absolutely amazing and very patient and kind. Chelsea Jane is THE BEST!!!! She helped my fiancé and I pick out my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. She was so patient and helpful letting us try on different styles until we picked out the perfect one. Even though we have moved to the Jackson area, I will continue to drive to Carters for the pleasant shopping experience, friendly employees, and high quality jewelry.I love that the cleanings that are included, and have dropped my ring off to get cleaned multiple times during our two year engagement. We have not had any problems with sizing or things like that, but I wholeheartedly trust the Carters team to take care of us if something were to ever arise. Really excited to keep coming back for future pieces!
