Great company! I had an issue with one of my paddles and they helped me through the entire process. I have had similar warranty issues with the larger brands, and they turn their back on you. Cannot recommend there LOCO enough! FINALLY, a pickleball company that is a pleasure to deal with and stands behind their product!

Terrible service and ripoff. I ordered 3 elongated paddles and they sent me one. I’ve sent numerous emails and called with no response for the past week. These ppl and company are ripoffs and swindlers. I paid approximately 575 for three paddles and tape and only received ONE paddle.

Love all the paddles! They are also unique and highly recognizable by other players. Many folks asked me to demo the SHOGUN and the DONUT paddle.

I just picked up my first Bread and Butter pickleball paddle this morning. I was able to demo it before purchase and knew instantly I needed it. I had great support and engagement from everyone from demo to purchase. 10/10 highly recommend.
