If you want a perfect place to play pickleball, look no further. The Black Barn Pickleball is a great facility, perfect lighting and it's not loud. They did their research when designing this facility. Give them a try if you are in the area or even if your not!

Outstanding facility featuring beautiful flooring, excellent lighting, and clean court lines. The sound dampening is a nice touch, and the staff are both friendly and well-informed. Individually fenced courts keep stray balls contained, so interruptions during play are virtually nonexistent. Plenty of convenient parking, too. Every detail has clearly been well thought out.

I was visiting from Florida and decided to play at this facility, which is the nicest I have ever seen. The courts are concrete yet plush, giving way to your feet and helping take the load off your knees. The ball still bounces the same which was a concern that was very quickly squashed during warmup. My session cost $10 and was completely able to be done online (waiver + payment), meaning I was able to just walk into the intermediate session and play. The bathrooms are private, seating plentiful, courts spacious enough to ATP, and the lighting is insanely good. Most indoor places are too loud with mediocre lighting but this place has it figured out. They also play music lightly on every court which didn’t bother me because it was low, and have a lot of parking and a water fountain. I’m not sure what could be improved on aside from expanding to more courts; so if you’re looking for an indoor facility to become your mainstay just go here.

Such a nice facility to play in! They went all out on the court design, and you can really feel the difference - softer on the joints and a consistent bounce of the ball. The lighting is great so it's a perfect playing experience. I play here often, and I always laugh at how the other games seem so quiet - I forget that there are even other games being played near ours. Good selection of snacks and drinks, too.

We walked into Black Barn Pickleball with tennis shoes, a water bottle, and absolutely no experience. We chose "Friendly Friday"~Friday Night Fun so we could get a lesson and play, and it was the perfect decision.Within one hour, we were fully on the court playing actual games—not just standing around trying to figure it out. James made the entire experience enjoyable, welcoming, and confidence-building. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes pickleball feel approachable right away.In a short amount of time, we learned proper grip, serving basics, court positioning, scoring, and the flow of the game—things that could have easily felt overwhelming but never did because of how James teaches. He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and included every step of the way.The facility itself is outstanding—bright, well lit, immaculately clean, and the courts are clearly marked and easy to follow. This was such a treat and a fantastic introduction to pickleball. We can’t wait to come back and continue learning—this is the kind of place that makes you want to keep playing, meet new people, get a great workout, and improve your eye-hand coordination. We would absolutely recommend Black Barn Pickleball to anyone curious about the sport, especially beginners.
