Stopped in recently and was really impressed with the new ownership. The shop feels welcoming and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain a few things about my bike and made sure everything was running perfectly before I left. It’s great to see a local shop being run by people who genuinely care about bikes and their customers. Highly recommend supporting this place.

Everyone that is in the building has great attitudes and cares for whoever walks through the door! Any questions or needs I've needed for my bike, they always have or find a way for me! Amazing shop, amazing inventory and amazing staff! Thank you Atown bikes!

If you are looking for a quality, judgement free, and chill bike shop with knowledgeable technicians I would highly recommend this shop. I’ve bought two bikes from this shop, first one was a used bike (2015 Niner trail bike) for a great deal that made me want to progress more, then I got a surprise Ibis Ripmo V3, also for a really good deal from the shop (best gosh darn bike of all time/thank you for the graduation present mom!). With each bike the shop has helped me out a ton with repairs and answering questions due to my beginner level experience, especially when it comes to maintenance and repairs. Love a good home town shop with trail riding and a bike park within reach from the parking lot.

I’ve been shopping at Atown Bikes for at least five years, and it’s hands down one of my favorite local shops. Over the years, we’ve purchased custom BMX bikes, electric bikes, town-style cruisers, and mountain bikes, and every time we’ve received excellent service and expert technical advice.I love the shop, the team, and the location. Being right in the heart of beautiful downtown Auburn makes the experience even better — you can pick up a new bike, grab a great sandwich, and even enjoy some delicious ice cream, all within steps of the store.Atown Bikes is a true Auburn gem, and I can’t recommend them enough!
