This isn’t the first review I’ve read about inaccurate descriptions on their website… I have an athlete who broke a glove - purchased a glove, paid for expedited shipping, received the glove, and it was incorrect. I reached out to the company who said they were reaching out to Mizuno - because I guess apparently somehow I did business with Mizuno even though in reality I’m paying anthem sports… AnyWho , talked to Jules, who was a super sweet lady - very nice to deal with, but really didn’t have a resolution… Referred me to her boss Justin, who was less than accommodating, basically shrugged his shoulders and said we emailed Mizuno - again I didn’t do business with Mizuno. I did business with anthem sports… So long and short eventually - Nichole gets involved who says oops sorry our information on the website is incorrect , meaning it wasn’t a Mizuno problem ( mind you Justin CC’d Nichole in who could allegedly get me a return label, and then Nichole said Justin will get me a label - weird) So…. here I sit with an athlete with a broken glove- no glove I can use, no return label (none of my money returned til they get their glove back either LOL) , no information, no sense of urgency- and even have email that they weren’t in office to check on anything for me on Friday related to what they DO have stock wise… Guess everyone was was working from home since I was receiving vague emails. Save yourself the trouble don’t bother ever doing business with this company - ever - on any day. My athlete doesn’t matter to them- doesn’t look like alot of other athletes matter to them- so yours won’t either.

Company does not stand behind products it sells. Website falsely claims “Easy Returns”. Not true. Mini Pickleball machine was too small, powerless and ineffective to meet my needs and they refused to accept a return (even for a bigger model). The company would make easy money too considering their 20% restocking fee. Strongly do NOT recommend.

Great experience and great service. I first tried to go through Gilman Gear and encountered some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. All I wanted was basic information regarding my purchased order and I was met with animosity as they went ahead and canceled my order without notifying me because I asked for details.My experience with Anthem Sports was great. Great price for the products and within 30 seconds of ordering I already had all the details. This is how business is done; the point is for the customer to have confidence in the company processing their order to ensure it's done correctly. Anthem did this and I am very pleased! Thank you Anthem for being professional and willing to do the basics for your customers.

I HIGHLY recommend placing an order with Anthem Sports! The customer service is 5 star. There was a fed ex issue where Fed Ex showed the item as delivered but I had not received it! Tanya spent HOURS on the phone trying to track down the package then sent me a replacement which arrived within days! A company sets themselves a part when there is an order issue and they handle customers with empathy, respect and a resolution focused attitude opposed to a 'just-doing-my-job' approach! I am a lifetime customer now! Thank you Tanya for everything!
