Dr. Brett Lando is an exceptional DPT. Life is too short to live with pain. I've seen him for multiple issues and he always gets me back on track. I cannot recommend him and his office enough.

★★★★★

I went to Brett Lando at Agile because of nagging pains from jiu jitsu. He assessed my baseline strength and mobility and developed an at-home routine of exercises I can practice to strengthen my weak spots and prevent myself from getting injured. He was knowledgeable about my sport from the get go but also asked many questions to better understand exactly what I was putting my body through. While I expect my new pt routine will keep me from needing another visit anytime soon, I will certainly be coming back to Brett if I have any further issues. Would recommend to any athlete interested in getting ahead of their nagging pains and minimizing future injury.

★★★★★

Brett Lando's the best PT. No need to look further. He'll help you talk thru your challenges and collaboratively figure out the best approaches to manage your activity with your body's need to heal.
