Would not recommend! The sports goggles i ordered for my son were horrible! They made him sick when he wore them, they fogged up instantly (even though we paid extra for the antifog). When i contacted them about the issues they said he needed to wear them more. We tried he actually couldn’t see due to the fogging, and also became nauseous. They had me send them back for a partial refund for the frame (wouldn’t even budge on the lenses, which were the expensive part). They have no sympathy, empathy, or compassion for customers. Oh its been a month, and no “parial refund”!

I always have the worst luck with products that don't work out for me, and in situations like that, good customer service is crucial. It's especially important when it comes to expensive products like prescription lenses.The representatives at A Sight For Sport Eyes blew my expectations of what good customer service is out of the water. Their policy of remaking prescription lenses when there's an issue and replacing masks with alternatives is exceptional. I entered the wrong script information originally and thought I was going to be eating the cost on that front. They're redoing the lenses at no additional cost, and that's just the policy for the first remake when there are lens issues. No need to sweet talk anyone - the standard is that they take care of you.The mask I originally chose didn't suit my face shape either - I should have done more research on that front as not every brand of mask fits every person the same. So they helped me to select a new mask out of the options available and recommended I choose one that their universal lens inserts will fit, just in case the new mask doesn't fit again. This could have become a very expensive mistake that I could only blame myself for and they've been so kind and diligent about getting things corrected for me. I selected a more expensive mask for the remake with the confidence that if it doesn't work out I'll be able to get a different one.I'll be buying motorcycle goggles for my husband and I from them next, as well as any sports lenses needed for my sons activities. Brand loyalty is something that people give too easily these days - supporting companies just for the sake of the name and logo. A Sight For Sport Eyes actually earns that loyalty from their customers.

I would not order from them ever. I paid USD799 for a diving mask that is unusable. A plastic lens stuck into the mask that obstructs your view rather than improves it. There is no way I can read my dive computer with this mask.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase prescription swim goggles from these people. The goggles I ordered had the correct prescription inserts, but the goggles themselves were a hopelessly bad design. I had to tighten them really tight to get any kind of seal, and they they fogged up immediately. Anti fog wipes did not help. When I contacted customer service, they told me 1) the problem must be with my bone structure, 2) I could try sending the goggles back, but it was totally up to them to decide if they were in good enough condition to resell, and 3) they were sorry they couldn't do any better than that, but they were just a three person operation, and didn't do any of the production themselves. So they are basically a re-marketing operation, and will not stand behind faulty products. My bone structure has nothing to do with these goggles being defective; I have worn swim goggles for over 60 years and never had any perform as poorly as these did. Moreover, the business made it clear that unless they could pass the goggles off as new to another unsuspecting buyer, they would absolutely not give me full credit for the purchase if I exchanged them. I find it shocking that they would even consider trying to resell a product identified to them as defective, and the "must look like new" requirement for returns in consumer law does not apply to defective products.

I had a great experience with A Sight for Sport Eyes. I ordered ski goggle inserts for my son. We had an upcoming trip and I wanted to get them before we left. I emailed the company letting them know the date I needed them and I paid for expedited shipping. They replied that they would do their best. They were ready in time, but I received a call since faster shipping would probably be required. I happily paid a small amount more for FedEx. What I really love is that they did what they could to meet my request and made a personal phone call to help me receive them in time. Really great personal service. And the inserts fit great and will work just like we hoped. Great company!
