Its flagship case study is DINX Social Club in Highland Park, Illinois, a big-box retail building converted into an indoor pickleball and golf social club. Energie deployed a cloud energy platform across the rooftop HVAC units by zone, installed smart thermostats with remote sensors, and ran continuous automated adjustments. Reported results include consistent avoided load across zones, peak load suppression on hot days, and indoor temperatures held within a narrow band, without added hardware or manual intervention.

The firm works with Honeywell, Sensi, and Carrier thermostat and controls lines and the Encycle Swarm Logic platform, and offers energy procurement.
